Job Description:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Develops/Maintains enhancements/fixes to the existing software product
• Conduct system testing prior to release to Quality Control(QC). Assist QC with back-up testing as needed.
• Participates in discussion regarding system capabilities and upgrades. Conducts research and recommends updates.
• Assists and support customer care department by answering technical support questions.
• Provides technical support to customers to include answering phone inquiries, identifying issues and assisting with solutions.
• Uses Help Desk to communicate and record current and future work.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
Must have previous experience with Java Programming/Web Service required. Relational database knowledge, particularly with Oracle 9i and above (SQL, PL/SQL languages). Demonstrated experience with software development methodology. Experience working in a RAD (rapid Application Development) environment . J2EE and Object oriented Developer, Adobe Fle a plus. Familiar with Ant, Tomcat, Glassfish, Axis, OC4J. AML/SOAP/WSDL
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills.
