Job Description:
The IT Integration Analyst supports the alignment of information technology and business systems between the company and deployment integration with our business partners. Direct interaction with our business teams, customers, vendors and clients is required to establish business relationships and define deployment level integration requirements. The Integration Analyst will facilitate and engage in integration conversations to identify partner needs and administer standard transaction questionnaires to refine transaction deployment options. This position is responsible for maintaining a schedule of deployments and communicating this schedule to our partners/business teams. Status of scheduling and deployments in progress are to be updated and communicated regularly. The Integration Analyst should be able to speak to basic business processes and integration topics/solutions.

Job Requirements:
Required Skills / Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or 3 years related experience (project management, integration, etc)
· Minimum of two years working in an analyst position
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
· Ability to take management’s direction and needs from concept to reality.
· Experience working directly with customers/business partners for systems integration
· Knowledge of business processes and project management methodologies. Experience in cost-cutting methods.
· Ability to develop and maintain executive level relationships within assigned account/accounts.
Advanced skills in Excel and Access are preferred.
· Knowledge of FTP file transfers, basic knowledge of EDI and XML, awareness of eCommerce web based solutions, understanding of business systems, distribution and supply chain business models.
· Skilled in assisting partners with business/integration needs, simple ecommerce business models and dealing with partner ambiguity and pressure.
· Ability to ascertain a partner’s technical and business needs.
· Coordinate multiple deployment activities simultaneously.
