Job Description:
Coordinate the initial engineering analysis, modeling, design, costing and implementation of facilities associated with proposed projects /acquisitions. * Creatively solve complex engineering problems and deliver accurate cost estimates and feasibility analysis. * Drive multiple projects simultaneously * Persuasively communicate findings to internal and external groups * Coordinate development and interpretation of complex financial models for multiple business activities * Provide initial financial analysis (IRR/NPV) * Identify project risks and develop means to mitigate risks * Supervises commercial development analyst Position Requirements Education and Experience: * 7-10 years of experience in engineering and/or financial asset development in energy. * Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Accounting, Economics, and Engineering. * Advanced degree in related field preferred Skills: * Proven successes in project development; good management skills; * Ability to adhere to tasks and deliver an unbiased view of projects. * Strong financial origination modeling skills and related experience * Strongly motivated, with exceptional communication (oral and written), leadership and diplomatic skills.
