Director Business Development group, this person will preferably be based in the Washington D.C. area and focus on recruitment and development of partners and customers for Microsoft ESP. In addition this person will provide pre-sales support and expertise to the Microsoft Field Sales teams on potential ESP opportunities.Responsibilities include:Research, recruit and develop partners for both solution-development and deployment for commercial simulation platform in primarily in the North America geography through direct contact and targeted MS Account teams, as well as DPE, SMS&P and EPG, as appropriate.Identify, develop, and close deals with prospects for commercial simulation platform adoption in specific geographies through the associated Microsoft Account teams and, where required, through direct contact.Support the Field Sales readiness, and support Account Teams in driving awareness and closing business for ESP across Microsoft Field Sales, Services, and Licensing organizations.Support key ESP marketing events with presence, as spokesperson and business development lead.Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have a proven successful track record for identifying, developing and managing partner and customer relationships that deliver the potential for high growth in new and emerging markets.
