Essential Functions and Responsibilities - Research new publisher candidates and create quarterly target list. - Cold-call prospective companies and effectively communicates the value proposition - Effectively transfer recently-recruited publishers and related revenue opportunities to publisher account managers to ensure the maximization thereof - Track and report on recurring revenue driven by recruited publishers - Stay abreast of industry to identify future growth opportunities and communicate learning to other members of publisher team KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: - Requires a strong knowledge of publisher business models (search, loyalty, coupons/deals, software, email, etc.) - Requires a strong knowledge on online advertising revenue models (CPM, CPC, CPA) - Requires a strong knowledge of program management concepts, practices, and procedures - Knowledge of online performance marketing - Savvy with industry terms such as CPA, CPC, CPM, etc. Required Education and Experience - Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university (four years of professional business experience may be substituted for this requirement) - Requires 5 years of business experience in addition to the above, at least 3 years of which must have been in an account management, sales or relationship management role - Requires at least 3 years experience in on-line marketing; this experience may be concurrent with above experience We are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
