Job Description:
Project focus will be on large-scale hotels, casinos, restaurants and nightclubs. This position will require you to lead a project team of designers and interior designers to bring a project from concept to construction completion. Responsibilities include establishing and managing project schedule and budget, managing and mentoring a project team, managing the drawing set and coordination with the client, consultant team and contractors throughout the course of the project. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects and deadlines are required. You will be required to express your ideas both visually and verbally. The nature of this job will require non-traditional hours and some travel. Candidates must be proficient in AutoCad 2006 and Microsoft Project; some knowledge of 3D Studio Max is a plus but not required. LEED Accreditation, Certification and State Licensure are a plus but are not required.
