Project Manager will plan project layouts and prepare scale drawings, prepare contract documents for the building contractor, integrate engineering elements into unified designs, conduct periodic on-site observation work, etc... Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an architectural firm Experience with retail and/or residential projects A demonstrated understanding of the architectural process from the proposal and contract negotiations through contract administration. A demonstrated knowledge of architecture, technical detailing, and construction.
