Loan Officers needed for growing mortgage company. Current loan officers are closing 10-18 loans per month making up to $75,000 per year.
Job Requirements:
Must have previous experience. Pay is commission based and hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
Job Description:
Loan officer – market, generate demand, sell originate, and close mortgage loans. Obtain customers, initiate applications, shop the loan to fulfill customer requests, sell the loan, follow up for lender required documents, submit to processing, arrange closing with title. Top commission splits available. 100% commission with no desk fees, no cost access to industry leading comp engines and automated approval engines. 401k in 90 days. Medical and Dental coverage start in 90 days.
