Job Description:

A chain of bakery-cafes delivering fresh, artisan bread seeks a Production Manager with 3+ years’ production experience (fresh dough baking preferred) in a supervisory role. The candidate will be working in the fresh dough manufacturing facility. Working with a group of associates to develop a team approach to producing quality products and a desirable work environment. Developing the lead associates to become more professional and proficient as leaders in the production processes. Ensure proper process controls are in place and followed to ensure consistent quality product is delivered each day to customers. Willingness to work a second shift with some weekends and most holidays; Background of hands on supervision in a bread, bakery or food manufacturing operation; Experience with being accountable for inventory usages and ordering. Understand, uphold and enforce strict process controls, GMP’s and high sanitation standards. Creating employee work schedules to meet the needs of the business and the employees. Bi-lingual in Spanish would be preferred.
