A hotel management company seeks a Restaurant Manager with 2-4 years’ management experience in a restaurant. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all members of the restaurant team provide outstanding service to guests dining in restaurant and room service. Maintain hotel Food & Beverage quality. Responsible for leading servers and bussers, room service attendants, bartenders. Partner with the Chef and the culinary team to create exciting new magic to build business to a new level. Consistently control cost and expenses to achieve maximum profits. The preferred candidate should have Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in hospitality or culinary art. Should have TIPS Certification. Requires the ability to communicate effectively with associates and guest (read, write and speak English fluently).
