Job Description:
 A company providing designer products for women seeks a Systems Engineer with 8+ years’ system administration experience in an enterprise environment. The candidate must have working knowledge, skills and ability to manage enterprise Microsoft windows active directory domains and provide system administration and technical support for a distributed Exchange 2003 implementation. The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and managing Microsoft Windows 2003 servers. Will provide solutions utilizing standard messaging and directory products and services. The candidate will also be required to develop and maintain detailed documentation, and be comfortable handling all levels of exchange administration/engineering tasks and troubleshooting complex mail routing issues throughout the enterprise. In addition, the candidate must have extensive knowledge in the following areas: Windows 2003 domains, Microsoft Clustering, antivirus solutions, DNS, TCP/IP, WINS, DHCP, RAID, server hardware, Blackberry, Fax integration and SAN/NAS technologies. The candidate should have undergraduate degree in a related IT discipline or equivalent related job experience. Should have M.S.C.E. or progress toward M.C.S.E. Must have system administrator knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2003; Windows 2003 Operating System. Thorough understanding of Microsoft Active Directory is required. Knowledge of SMTP constructs and protocols is a must. Should have hands on hardware experience with HP and IBM Intel servers.
