Job Description:

An insurance company seeks a Financial Analysis Manager with 7+ years’ related experience and experience leading financial analysis projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing the planning and direction of departmental projects. Typically manages the staff in a specific financial analysis area such as budgets or treasury. Responsible for: Overseeing the International planning process; all plan publications ultimately used by executives; review and analysis of 2-3 subsidiary and/or branch operation financial results. Works closely with country CFOs and finance teams. Accountable for the timely and accurate preparation of monthly management reporting. Manages the validation processes of required GAAP and Statutory financial reporting for branch operations as well as intercompany and affiliated balances for all international operations. Performs the preparation and analysis of complex financial statements and reports. Interfaces with other departments to ensure the availability and integrity of information essential to these reports. Conducts special research projects for top level management and assists with country operations and business unit's requests. The candidate should have Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA is preferred. Consolidation and international accounting experience preferred.
