Monitor vendors to assure quality, delivery, warranties, exchanges, upgrades, etc. are consistently utilized.Work closely with vendors to assure proper pricing, delivery, and maintenance.Create and implement preventive maintenance program.Maintain and refine preventive maintenance program.Strong technical skills in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.Familiar with chillers, cooling towers, chemical treatments, pneumatics, control systems, water systems, boilers, refrigeration, compressors, etc.Strong energy management background.Responsible for IS/MIS and Telecommunications functions.Work closely with contractors on repair and capital projects.Obtain competitive bids for all supplies and work orders.
