Job Description:

Will ensure environmental planning and permitting, QA/QC of designs., design management, design reviews, and LEED documentation is performed. Will supervise up to 5 personnel directly, and coordinate with the Project Manager of the Common Infrastructure Design and Construction office. Will act as the Program Manager is his absence. Responsibilities may include project setup and subcontracting strategy, shop drawing review and processing, contract changes, owner/architect/engineer daily relations, subcontractor relations, and all required Owner and in-house reporting. Possesses a working knowledge of the respective industry. Located at the site, this position has responsibility for managing all on site functions in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company on medium-sized projects (typically 250,000 to 2 million construction man hours or building projects of $15 to $75 million). Responsibilities may include project setup and subcontracting strategy, shop drawing review and processing, contract changes, owner/architect/engineer daily relations, subcontractor relations, and all required Owner and in-house reporting. Possesses a working knowledge of the respective industry. Supervises all personnel at the site, through subordinate leaders.
