John Deere Power Systems (JDPS) is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead engine application projects. In this position, you will: Qualifications Education Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering. Advanced degree in a technical discipline or an MBA is a plus. Required Skills and Experience 5 or more years of experience in a Product Engineering position. Proven leadership experience managing projects and leading teams. Excellent communication skills, written and spoken. Experience with engine design, development, and/or application. Desired Skills and Experience Strong knowledge of a product delivery process (initial concept through post production customer support). Manufacturing experience.
