Job Summary: This position will plan, direct and lead the Engineering team in the execution of all guest room, public space, back of house and exterior maintenance projects pertaining to facility upkeep and cleanliness. Ensure a safe facility for all guests and employees. Job Responsibilities: Support the Chief Engineer ? Aesthetics in leading the maintenance and repair of all guest room, public space, back of house and exterior facilities. Monitor the performance of the Aesthetic Engineering team. Prepare employee schedules and project schedules. Assist with the administration of the departmental budget. Responsible for the execution of scheduled maintenance programs. Monitor work orders and preventative maintenance to ensure that work is properly complete and reported. Develop and implement training for the Aesthetic Engineering team. Perform routine inspections and ensure that preventative maintenance programs are carried out. Ensure the upkeep of all Aesthetic areas. Ensure that all Aesthetic Engineering team is in compliance with regulations, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and safety precautions Perform other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications: Education: Bachelor?s degree in a related field or technical trade school preferred. Experience: Four years experience in an Engineering environment with an emphasis on direct supervision of large work forces preferred. Working experience in a hospitality setting a plus.
