By bringing your expertise and passion to our hotel, you will help us achieve our vision of being the most successful hotel in the Louisville Region. We are currently seeking an energetic, creative and motivated individual for the position of Chief Engineer who can direct the day to day operations of the Engineering department ensuring that the appearance of hotel meets company standards, all equipment is properly maintained and in working order, ensure staff is well trained and productive, building systems are operating efficiently, safety and emergency procedures are in place, preventative maintenance and energy conservation programs are in place and operational.. Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in a Level 4 position preferred. Experience with food and beverage equipment desirable. Certifications in the major disciplines (electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing) preferred. Experience levels required may vary based upon the size, volume and character of hotel.
