Job Description:
In addition, this position is also responsible for developing new financial planning products and managing the overall planning product. This position resides within the Planning and Investment Products Group (P&IPG). ResponsibilitiesSets financial planning and advice strategy and performance expectations Identifies financial planning competitive position and best in class approaches through various channels Understands, synthesizes, and communicates financial planning and advice needs / Voice of Customer (VOC) Evaluates current financial planning strengths and weaknesses Identifies opportunities and creates plans to differentiate Bank of America in Advice and Financial Planning delivery Develops and maintains components of planning scorecard Creates business cases for financial planning products and initiatives Develops new financial planning products (planning capabilities, channels, etc.) Works with planning partners within P&IPG, technology, and Global Consumer & Small Business Banking (GCSBB) to identify and implement a multigenerational financial planning vision and implementation plan Gathers detailed requirements for lines of business, segments, and channels Ensures requirements feed into generational plans and align with internal financial planning blueprint and point of view Connects planning to product and channel experience multi-generational plans Transforms the role of planning and champions need for consistent, but channel appropriate, approach to advice and planning Partners with other planning peers, economic, retirement, and market subject matter experts to design and manage planning and advice blueprint and point of view Integrates planning blueprint and point of view into tools and planning initiatives Partners with other planning peers to improve planning utilization and awareness Helps lead financial planning initiatives with teammates in the Financial Planning team.
