DescriptionJob responsibilities include: team leadership responsibilities, communication with Sr. Mgmt within our lines of business and operations, vendor relationship management, production support of Global Plus, Trustware and other systems, coordination of enhancements and patches from the vendor, coordination of testing of enhancements and patches with our line of business and operations partners, testing, driving resolution of issues, organizing and documenting business and systems issues and requirements, technical analysis of systems interfaces and processes, delivering solutions to our business and operations areas. Technical and business requirements analysis, definition, project planning, and implementation of technical, business, and operations solutions on Global Plus and Trustware systems. Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent. Management or team lead experience is needed. Technical knowledge and analytical skills are required. Strong knowledge of Trust business with 10+ years experience in the industry is needed. Strong leadership, organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as, the ability to work well in a team environment.
