Job Description:
Reveal is seeking professional, personable, friendly NPs/RNs/LPNs for our seven locations throught the DC Metro area, including White Flint/North Bethesda, Gaithersburg/Kentlands, Fairfax, Springfield, Downtown DC, Tysons Corner and Pentagon Row/Arlington locations. We offer a team environment in a spa like setting. Work with healthy clients; no “third shift”. Training in cosmetic treatments provided.
OVERVIEW: As a Reveal Clinician and laser technician, your chief responsibility is to perform laser hair removal, laser skin rejuvenation, injectable treatments and other medical skin cosmetic services for our clients. This involves the mastery of numerous treatment modalities, and development of a deep understanding of treatment protocols and parameters. You will immediately be improving the quality of peoples’ lives by helping them to feel better about the way they look! In addition, you are responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, such that clients not only continue with their initial treatment plans, but also expand their patronage of Reveal through additional treatments and through the referral of other potential clients to the center. As such, you will be tasked with setting a welcoming, professional tone, and with establishing a strong rapport and consultative relationship with clients.
REPORTING: Clinicians report to the Lead Clinician, Member Services Manager and Reveal Medical Director
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administering laser, microdermabrasion, peels, injectables (Botox, fillers, Lipodissolve) and other light based treatments such as IPL
- Monitoring and maintaining standards of safety in all treatment rooms
- Ensuring laser and client record keeping is current and accurate
- Performing patient follow-up
- Educating clients and promoting additional services to clients as appropriate
- Effective reporting and communication with Manager and Medical Director
- Establishing and supporting strong service culture, serving as model for staff
- Developing and maintaining positive rapport with all staff
Job Requirements:
- Licensed Practitioner in Virginia, Maryland or DC
- At least 2 years nursing experience
- Vision must be 20/20 or corrected 20/20
- Demonstrated manual dexterity (through job experience or other activities)
- Able to work Saturdays and weekday evenings
- Able to work at least 32 hours per week
- Excellent attitude and customer service skills
- Strong client relationship building skills
- High degree of integrity
