Utilizes customer telephone contact to determine referral opportunities for sale of additional products and services and direct these customers to the appropriate individual for follow up.Principal Duties & Responsibilities:Respond to all customer service questions, inquiries, problems, etc in a helpful, professional, and courteous manner. Exercise judgement and discretion in performance of all duties, referring more complex problems and situations to immediate supervisor.May perform any or all of the following duties: * Process returned and rejected items by determining disposition of item, processing through the computer system and performing follow up as needed.* Handles research requests*courteous manner responding to a variety of situations with professional discretion.Well developed written and verbal communication skills to maintain professional, courteous, helpful service.Good basic math skills to ensure the maintenance of complete, accurate transactions and balancing records.Skill to operate a calculator, computer keyboard, and/or a typewriter, as well as other basic office equipment.Minimum Position Qualifications:This is an entry-level position. No previous work history is required, however, prior office experience would be of assistance.
