The manager works with the Associate Directors (ADs) and Deputy Directors (DDs) in the department, providing support on multiple advertising agency projects. The primary focus will be on agency projects created for the Office of National Drug Control Policy\'s National Youth Anti-Drug Media Campaign. The manager works closely with the Partnership\'s volunteer agencies and production companies as well as the ONDCP contracted ad agency and cost consultant. Major Responsibilities * Updating and maintaining branding and production guidelines; * Creating and maintaining production timelines and schedules for multiple projects and monitoring the status of each; * Assisting staff and the volunteer ad agencies with pre-production information and materials.
