Job Description:
This is an exciting time for the newly 127-suite renovated 4 Star hotel in Austin/Arboretum.
Responsibilities:
1) Achieving hotel revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals by developing and implementing strategies to increase product awareness and hotel sales.
2) Participating in the development and implementation of business strategies for the hotel aligned with company mission, vision and values.
3) Achieving market share and revenue goals by directing the group and transient sales and marketing strategies.

1) Demonstrated success in driving revenue, RevPar index and occupancy.
2) Must be willing and able to drive sales through proactive, outside sales calls and cold calls.
3) Proven ability to implement sales and marketing strategies.
4) Effectively build relationships with customers, employees, owners, community, and co-workers.
5) Ability to develop others.
6) Excellent communication skills. Position is open and needs to be filled immediately
7) The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience (within the hotel industry)
8) Bachelor's Degree
9) Willingness to travel occasionally
