This full time sales position reports to the Division Manager. Ste. Michelle Wine Estates produces and markets a broad portfolio of premium wines from acclaimed vineyards around the world. Our mission is to craft premium wines of distinction and our commitment to quality is unwavering. With excellence as the cornerstone of our vineyard operations and winemaking, a dedication to outstanding customer service guides our sales and marketing efforts. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Effectively represent Ste. Michelle Wine Estates to brokers, the trade and consumers. * Effectively manage buying relationships with key accounts in order to achieve case sales and distribution objective within budgetary guidelines in order to meet Region profit contribution objectives. * Target high volume potential Global account opportunities and local fine wine shops. Work with distributor chain account managers and SMWE Global account representatives to influence this area. * Conduct sales meetings and training sessions for wholesaler\'s sales/management staff. * Conduct wine dinners and tastings for key accounts in the state. * Participate in the preparation of the annual business plan for all sales, marketing, budgetary, production and communication needs necessary to meet case volume and profit contribution for the upcoming calendar year. * Monitor sales results utilizing Cognos sales information system on a monthly basis. * Be a change agent by constantly challenging the status quo and be able to motivate yourself and your team to break down barriers to success and continually improve business processes.
