We have been providing direct hire candidates to our customers since our inception in 1946. This individual provides sales leadership and direction to the branch sales team with a direct reporting relationship to the Regional Sales Manager. The responsibilities of this position include assisting in the development and implementation of strategic plans (in support of company goals), developing a top 25 customers list and increasing the business of these customers, and conducting 30 sales calls per week. In addition, this individual will be responsible for increasing customer and employee satisfaction, and selecting, developing, motivating and evaluating an effective branch sales team. This individual will increase profitable market share and net sales, develop new business, prepare branch sales activity reports and analyses, develop professional skills, and develop business plans and performance forecasts.The qualified individual will have a degree in business, marketing or the equivalent. 3-5 years progressive and demonstrated sales development/management experience, including Kelly experience are preferred. The successful individual will possess the ability to develop and implement sales strategies, meet/exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction, cultivate sales at customer's senior management level, and develop and motivate sales staff.
