We are seeking a motivated sales manager to fill the role of Regional Manager-Business Development for the Michigan area. This is a full time Exempt position that offers a competitive wage & great benefits. Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: -Management of the Clinical Sales Force and Service Force () -Acquisition of new business and retention of clinical laboratory customers in designated sales region. -Develops regional sales retention strategies. -Provides leadership and coaching to directs and trains staff. -Acts as the interface between the sales force and laboratory operations leadership. This position is based out of Livonia, Michigan. Job Requirements : Requirements: *BA/BS Degree *2-4 years prior sales management experience in a highly competitive marketplace *2-4 years experience in medical sales *Ability to develop staff into sales leaders while growing the sales base in a competitive area
