The Director of Business Development and Partnerships will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing and sales strategies and tactics needed to achieve the company’s new business revenue targets. The Director provides day-to-day management of new client opportunities, ensuring that sales targets are met, prospective clients align with company strategy, and that the company is well-represented with relevant, well-scoped proposals and timely follow-through. This individual is also responsible for managing strategic relationships with partner companies to provide unique, integrated offerings to the marketplace to achieve our revenue objectives. This position works effectively with all management and domain leaders within the company in order to ensure appropriate recommendations to prospects and to produce presentations, proposals, and other deliverables. Responsibilities: Achieve the company’s annual sales goal. Develop a sales strategy based on the strategic, creative, operational, financial and cultural goals of the organization. Work with management team to identify and pursue a target client list for each of our vertical sectors. Proactively contact target client list to arrange for meetings, capabilities presentations, or participation in agency selection process. Manage the sales process from initial client contact through closed sale and transition to internal team following a structured new business process. Develop and manage client engagement models that best serve Resource Interactive and our clients Work closely with key vendor partners to develop and support integrated offerings, pursue new business opportunities jointly, and identify collaborative marketing opportunities Provide sales forecasts and projections for financial planning.
