Investment Management Attorney

San Francisco law firm is seeking a mid-level corporate associate (Class of 2002-2004) with investment management experience or an interest in developing an investment management practice.

Candidates must have knowledge and/or experience in securities and general corporate work.

Some experience representing investment management organizations (e.g., funds and advisors).

Outstanding academic credentials and admission to the CA State Bar required.
