Job Description:
Establish, negotiate, nurture, and maintain vendor partner relationships. Merchandising: Selection, set up products, and see them to fruition. Establish & monitor Key Performance Measure performance for the program. Reporting: Track and report on sales and program success Marketing: promote products onsite by identifying visual and taxonomy needs. Promotions: Visualize partnership promotions which vendors can co-sponsor and make them happen. Qualifications A high level of entrepreneurialism, creativity, responsibility, and energy. Sense of urgency and organization. A positive and friendly attitude and the ability to interact with inside and outside constituencies. A high level of proven business acumen. A strong, outgoing and engaging personality. Good at external relationship building. Good at internal/external logistics, systems, and operations. A merchandising background is preferable but not required.
