The person will also be heavily responsible for managing existing relationships with various portals and news outlets. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the internet and well versed in how it works, with excellent people skills. He/she will need to leverage existing resources, partnerships and editorial assets to drive traffic to Forbes.com. This person must be able to juggle a variety of projects from idea generation to implementation and must work well under pressure. We want someone who is outgoing and assertive, takes complete ownership of projects, and is highly effective. There is opportunity for growth in this role. Qualifications - BA/BS required - Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years related experience and will be eager and ready to take the next step in his/ her career - Previous deal-cutting experience required - Solid understanding of the Internet - Previous online media experience preferred but not necessary; must thrive in a fast-paced work environment - Ability to manage relationships superbly; excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential - Powerpoint and Excel expertise a must; those uncomfortable with presenting should not apply.
