Job Description:
This position requires an individual who can creatively and efficiently manage the communication strategy development and execution for Emerging Business lines of products such as Motorcycle and Boat. In addition this position will manage execution of Catastrophe advertising for approximately 50% of the The candidate must possess a variety of competencies including collaboration, consensus building, meticulous follow-through, reliable business sense and aptitude for project management. The ability to lead a disparate, cross-functional team with focus and diplomacy is essential. The Catastrophe role in this job can involve effort that goes beyond normal business hours as events develop. This position will be responsible for Managing strategic development, approval and execution of all integrated marketing communications for certain Emerging Business lines such as Motorcycle, Boat and Off-Road vehicles. Primary responsibilities will be for Advertising, Online Execution, Promotions and Events. Oversight in Local Activation, Collateral, Event Sponsorship, Public Relations, Media and Direct Marketing for Motorcycle and Boat marketing programs to insure integration and cohesiveness of message. Managing outside marketing agency partners (Ad Agency and Media Agency) in execution of Catastrophe advertising, Pre-, and Post-Event in conjunction with National Team activation. Coordinating CAT Advertising with Corporate Relations and Local Marketing efforts.
