Responsibilities: žX Responsible for client staffing plans, profitability analysis and monthly reconciliation žX Manages key analyses including the Quarterly Overhead Calculation, Quarterly Client Profit and Loss analysis and Inter-Company/Inter-Office transfers žX Ensures accuracy and completeness of several General Ledger accounts, chiefly areas relating to Revenue, Salary and Salary related accounts žX Manages the Time Accounting System žX Maintains daily contact with Chief Financial Officer, Controller and all personnel in the Corporate Financial departments žX Interacts with department heads and Account Directors to analyze fees and costs žX Anticipates and rapidly responds to assigned special projects žX Consults with other agency departments to prepare client fee proposals žX Actively participates in New Business pricing with senior management Skills: 7 + yrs. of accounting / finance experience of related experience required, including 2-3 years supervisory experience. Advertising agency is preferred. Entertainment, consulting and/or banking background helpful. Excellent client service skills.
