Job Description:
 A global bio/pharmaceutical services organization seeks a Project Manager II with 3-5 years’ project management experience in a pharma, clinical, or clinical supplies/manufacturing environment. The candidate will provide tactical management, administration and leadership to project teams. Will serve as the key operational interface between the client and IVRS or medical imaging. This includes receiving all necessary signatures and managing the financial aspects of the project, including identifying work done and agreeing to change in scope issues. Will be responsible for resource planning and managing the validation processes. Prepare requirements specifications documentation on project specific database applications. Will also maintain all necessary 21 CFR Part 11 guidance documentation. The candidate should have a B.A. or B.S. in the scientific field, or equivalent. Certified project manager a plus. Solid understanding of clinical trials is required. Must have an understanding/working knowledge of CFR 21 Part 11, HIPAA, GxP (GMP or GCP), software validation, and software testing methodologies. Experience utilizing Microsoft project is essential. Experience working in a consulting environment an advantage, ideally in a life science situation. Must be willing travel nationally and internationally.
