Job Description:
 The state's most comprehensive healthcare system seeks a Chief Financial Officer with 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, ideally within healthcare. The candidate will be reporting to and partnering with the hospital administrator and system senior vice president/chief financial officer. The candidate will set policy and direction while also being an active participant in, and driver of, the organization's overall strategy. Will be responsible for overseeing all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for the organization, in conjunction with the system CFO and the finance, audit, compliance, and investment committees of the board. The candidate should have B.S. degree. M.B.A. preferred, a CPA would be a plus. Certification preferred. Will ideally have experience managing finance (accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting), patient account services, health information management, materials management, and business office functions. Should have demonstrated excellence in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting. Skill in examining, developing, reengineering, and recommending financial policies and procedures is essential.
