Job Description:
 A leading innovator of technologies in the areas of sterilization, high level disinfection, cleaning of medical devices, and hand hygiene seeks a Project Manager with 8+ years’ experience in the area of project management, team building, customer relationship. The candidate will be responsible for managing large and high complexity projects in the area of information technology infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to facility expansion, infrastructure deployment, application rollouts, and service improvement. Report and document progress according to milestone and activity plan, develop and evaluate optimum solutions, implement and monitor results, and report program milestones utilizing standard GPM processes and tools. Drive scope definition, requirements analysis, create detailed project plans, define resource requirements, supplier, develop relationships within the IT organization and lead project review sessions with customers. Provide support, mentoring, and supervision to GPM project leaders in Jacksonville, Florida. This includes but is not limited to mentoring of current projects, revision and approvals of project related documentation, escalation path for project related issues. Represent global portfolio management organization and Southeast region as needed with IT customers, business relationship managers, or other organizations. This may include participating in key customer meetings, budget discussions, and strategic planning discussions. The candidate should have undergraduate degree in business or computer science. Master’s degree in business, project management, or information systems desired. PMP certification required. ITIL certification a plus. Should have demonstrated track record in leading virtual project teams and delivering solid business results in the areas of information management and infrastructure services. Fluent Spanish/Portuguese a plus as the region encompasses Latin America.
