Membership Sales Specialized Communities and Firm Practice Management Objective Create, execute and continue to refine a pro-active prospect management program that converts as many prospective members as possible into members for each of the following programs: FVS Section ABV Credential IT Section CITP Credential PFP Section PFS Credential PCPS Tax Section (as time allows) Dimensions/Measures Make 50 or more calls per day, achieve 15% or higher lead conversion rate and provide timely and strategic reporting tools to management. Reports to Director of Specialized Communities. Principal Accountabilities (in priority) Create, implement and refine a prospect management program. Call 50 or more prospects per day and inform them of membership benefits. Provide prospects with follow-up information as requested and outlined in plan. Update prospect records based on discussions held and schedule call-backs as needed. Create weekly progress reports and present to management.
