Job DescriptionCompany will paid relocation Salary: To $90,000 Duties: Supervises general operation of Clinical Services Department. Supervises staff in assigned clinic area Ensures quality of patient treatment Monitors clinic activity and staff productivity in coordination with the Director of Clinical Services Orients and serves as mentor for all newly hired staff Assists Director of Clinical Services in identifying development and growth needs of the department Ensures all department documentation (i.e., assessment, reports, TAMRC forms, etc.) are completed per departmental guidelines for content and timeliness Facilitates assigned meetings and maintains minutes of such Monitors staff caseloads for success in meeting productivity and clinical cost guidelines Provides staff education as identified by performance and as assigned Develops and upgrades treatment programs Meets bimonthly (at minimum) with the Director of Clinical Services for clinic and program coordination and provides feedback on staff performance Follow and enforces hospital and departmental policies and procedures Coordinates the departmental inservices Acts as a clinical expert and mentor to assist in patient treatment planning and treatment Requirements: Current Kansas license/registration or eligible for such Water Safety Certificate - if working in Therapeutic Pool AHA or Red Cross CPR required Graduate of accredited university or college Knowledge of working with variety of age groups of patients PLEASE READ: You will not receive consideration for this position if your resume does not display the required experience.
