Job Description:
To process the fruit and vegetables according to the quality specifications and production deadlines. Additionally, be willing to flex into any needed position. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).

Job Requirements:

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Must be able to stand for 8 – 12 hours per shift.
Must be able to work Monday through Saturday and maintain a flexible availability.
Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment.
Must be able to wear the mandatory equipment according to the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
This includes: gloves, hair nets, beard nets, white coat, and water-proof footwear.
Must adhere to the GMP's at all times including: washing hands prior to entering or leaving the refrigerated area, rinsing hands and feet in chlorinated bath prior to entering and leaving refrigerated area, no cross contamination of cutting tables or packaging lines, and all the additional items outlined in the GMP overview.
Must have flexibility to work assigned schedule.
Must be punctual with good attendance.
Must be able to utilize a cutting utensil for extended periods of time.
