Job Description:

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Ensuring contractors implement EHS minimum performance requirements as required by contract - Assisting the project team in the development of an Incident and Injury Free culture - Providing training and coaching to construction trades people on CEHS-related tools and programs as needed - Implementing Safety Observation and Pre-Task Planning programs as needed on the California Sites - Supporting contractor and/or supplier Pre-Qual/Re-Qual for California suppliers by reviewing supplier safety programs and prepare recommendation on whether supplier is well positioned to perform work at Intel - Responsible to ensure contractors meet the CEHS program elements called out in the CMP and the CS Construction Manual - Responsible to have and maintain knowledge of all corporate, regional and site specific requirements to ensure compliance with all Regional laws and regulations - Travel from Site to Site locations as needed Qualifications You should possess a relevant educational degree with a minimum four years of construction safety experience. Additional qualifications include: - Positive person with energy and passion for Construction EHS - Previous experience working in Construction - Solid experience working with and knowledge of OSHA CFR Title 29, Part 1926 - Knowledge and/or experience in equipment sign off process, demolition procedures, commissioning and startup of equipment and systems (including chemical systems), establishment of EHS policies, programs and procedures, co-occupied construction and/or sustaining areas, Behavior Based Safety cultural development, and incident investigation - Strong self-motivation and multitasking abilities - Proficient in the use of PowerPoint*, Word*, and Excel* - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to negotiate and influence a variety of personalities, cultures and customer groups with a major emphasis on CEHS and Corporate Services Construction - Ability to complete key deliverables on multiple, simultaneous assignments - Ability to read, understand and develop corporate contract language that documents minimum EHS requirements and expectations - Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts within all levels of the organization to a win/win solution.
