Explore the opportunity of world-changing work available to you below.CH2M HILL's Constructor's Inc-Environmental Services group has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Construction Project Manager in Englewood, CO. The Senior Project Manager manages large projects for our construction group's environmental services department. The Sr. PM is the leader/manager of project teams and is supported by technical ask leaders as needed. Specific responsibilities include leadership in the application of CH2M HILL’s Project Delivery System to achieve the following project delivery strategic objectives: health, safety, environmental responsibility; client expectations for quality, schedule, and budget; financial performance for project specific targets; project team expectations; operational performance and business unit expectations; and quality. Specific duties include planning, staffing, scheduling, budget management, quality control, safety, and coordination of subcontractors and internal technical and support staff. The Sr. PM is a participant in project decisions regarding technical approaches, cost and scheduling, and performance. Additionally, the Sr. PM is responsible for the identification of schedule and cost variances and the development and implementation of recommendations for corrective action for negative variances. The Sr. PM also has a responsibility to help grow the PM resources of the firm through coaching of PMs, Associate PMs, and task managers. BS in Engineering required. PE required. Minimum of 10 years field construction and supervision experience, including experience on environmental remediation projects.
