This position could be located in our Sacramento office or may be located in another office in our West Region (Santa Ana, Oakland, or other). CA is preferable due to project locations. The Program Manager will support Environmental Construction programs. Specific responsibilities include planning, staffing, schedule, budget, quality control, safety, and coordination of subcontractors and internal support staff with the direction and supervision of more senior staff as required. The Program Manager is a participant in program decisions regarding technical approaches, cost and scheduling, and performance. Additionally, the Program Manager is responsible for the identification of schedule and cost variances and the development and implementation of recommendations for corrective action for negative variances for projects within the program. B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering or closely related Engineering or Science degree. A minimum of 15 years related project experience at the Project Manager or Program Manager level. Experience managing environmental remediation construction projects.
