Northridge Hospital is equipped to treat traumatic and life-threatening injuries. Our Level II Trauma Center treats over 1,000 trauma cases each year. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Minimum five years management experience in patient care services; BS in nursing and/or equivalent education/experience demonstrating clinical proficiency. Masters preferred. Current CA RN license and C Level BLS card. Responsible for supporting the operations and strategic planning of patient/customer services, human resource and financial management for operations, in supporting the hospital\'s goals and mission. Acts as a catalyst between hospital departments, physicians and staff to ensure continuity and quality of service.
