Job Description:
Director of Nursing - Provides direct resident care in accordance with the negotiated service agreement and health services plan. Plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the 47 unit assisted living facility. Supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by licensed nurses, certified nursing assistants and medication aides. Participates in neighborhood meetings and functions. Qualifications: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kansas. At least three years of supervisory experience. Dedicated, dependable, with a desire to provide quality care in a neighborhood setting with a team of caregivers.
