New projects in the office include a new coastal residence and landscape design for a 74 ac property, a ground up, 25,000 SF luxury condominium adjacent to the Highline and a new boutique hotel in Times Square. Candidate must have good communication and organizational skills and a background in modern, high-end, residential design and detailing. Candidate must be a thoughtful and efficient organizer of information and project logistics. Extensive knowledge of construction documentation and administration is a requirement. We encourage and support the development of our team-members, and wish to hire someone interested in collaborating on all phases of the design process.
