General Description: The incumbent will be responsible for developing, directing and controlling the implementation and administration of Human Resources programs and policies in support of changing business objectives in a team environment; maintaining effective employee relations for the ASPEX and Fort Worth North Manufacturing Operations consisting of three manufacturing business units, two quality assurance organizations, and common support elements; and supervising the training function to support business goals and ensuring compliance with outside agencies such as FDA and ISO.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related discipline with 15 or more years experience as an HR manager with five or more years in a supervisory/management role in a large or multi-unit manufacturing non-union plant. Required skills include knowledge of FLSA, EEO, ADA, FMLA, OSHA, ERISA, Texas Workers Compensation and unemployment and applicable court decisions; verbal and written communication skills; and personnel management skills.Our generous benefits package includes the 401(k) Plan which matches employee contributions up to 5% of eligible pay at the rate of $1.00 for each dollar contributed, and the Retirement Plan (ARP), a qualified plan in which contributes 7% of eligible pay to the accounts of all eligible employees.
