Responsible for: Control, reporting and analysis of all financial statements; Safeguard Assets; Business advisor to the VP Plant Manager and entire management team at the site; Financial Liaison to PM&D Finance Team and the Purdue Corporate Finance Team. This position is responsible for the day-to-day financial health of the Wilson facility. This position should be more than an accountant; this position will be a business manager, advisor and analyst. Accountabilities: Preparation and review of monthly financial statements for the site. Responsible for Cost of Goods line of the P&L for Purdue Preparation of all budget and forecasts for COGs. Detailed analysis and supporting backup for all forecasts. Preparation of annual product cost standards for all finished dosage plants. SAP maintenance. Manage Cycle Count Process along with staff Monthly cost center reports and review with cost center managers. Capital tracking and reporting. External and Internal Auditor liaison. On site Accounts Payable and Procurement troubleshooter. NPD Team Member ¿ presentations and analysis. Ongoing ROI and Payback analysis as new products come into play. SOP maintenance and adherence. Requires a BS in Accounting with 15 plus years of experience in a manufacturing environment. MBA, CPA or CMA is required.
