A Production Supervisor will supervise, lead, coordinate and direct a production team in a fast-paced, quality conscious, high-speed plastic bottle manufacturing operations. They will manage the performance of team, providing guidance, training, and individual development as necessary, while maintaining daily production schedules, organizing resources and ensuring that all safety, quality and production requirements are met. The Production Supervisor is a key member of our management team that is committed to a safe, quality consious, low cost and productive work environment to achieve World-Class Performance. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership, organizational and developmental skills. College degree and/or a minimum of three years of manufacturing supervisory experience. Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills, analytical ability, computer skills and effective decision making skills. Successful candidate will be able to work in a diverse manufacturing environment that requires the ability to effectively multitask and have good organizational skills. Our 12-hr shifts work from 7a.m. to 7 p.m. and from 7p.m. to 7a.m. This position is a night shift position. The shifts work 36 hours one week and 48 the next. Every other weekend is part of the normal work schedule. As noted above, ours is a continuous operation environment. Holiday work when your shift is scheduled is based on customer demand.
