We currently have an opening in our Springboro, Ohio facility for a General Production Supervisor. This position reports directly to the production manager and will assist with budgeting and long term planning for the entire production department. Requirements include an associate degree in Electronics technology or equivalent experience and good written & verbal communication skills. The candidate should have five or more years experience in the high volume manufacture of electronic products. Background in TS- 16949 and other quality systems is a plus. The candidate must understand concepts such as lean manufacturing, 5S, and quality control systems.
