Essential Responsibilities: Define strategic vision for Problem and Incident Process' in partnership with GIS and the CF business' Manage Problem and Incident operations including tickets, quality and performance Produce metrics for IT leadership in accordance with IT operation excellence Collaborate with other GE business Process leads for IT Process best practices. Ensures all standards are adhered to throughout project execution. Manages budgets and contracts associated with program or initiative. Leads the development of infrastructure capacity plans to support assigned application. Defines infrastructure requirements and infrastructure project plans to address known gaps and identified risks. Ensures the execution of short-term preventative actions. Collaborate with the Information Security Team to ensure security policies and standards are followed and enforced.
