Job Description:
 A premier luxury accessories brand seeks a Data Analyst with 2+ years of related experience in finance. The candidate will be responsible for input, maintenance, validation and reporting of raw material liabilities. Review, input and update PCR liabilities in partnership with materials management and production administration on a daily basis. Create reporting to be reviewed in monthly meetings and identify risks and opportunities. Post monthly meetings. Create both CML and Non CML related disposals. Create workbooks for monthly updating by service providers and suppliers. Maintain RMRP for all paid items and partner with operations finance to ensure asset account is properly reconciled. Create and publish reporting that facilitate usage by design and merchandising. Complete ad hoc analysis as required. The candidate should have high school diploma. Should have the ability to maintain open contacts with manager, business analyst, production, materials management, and other source or users of IMD-SAP information. Must be able to analyze data and assess financial implications and work closely with the accounts payable, production administration, production operations, materials management, operations finance and business partners (US and ASIA) within the organization. Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) is essential.
